Stacey O'Hara is a singer/songwriter and a First Grade Teacher. "I love to sing about life...the good times as well as the bad. I was raised in a single parent family. I know what a blessing it was to graduate from college and follow my dreams. God has been my dad through it all."
Stacey's first album entitled "You're Not Alone" was released in 1997. Many of the songs tell a story of their own from brokenness to forgiveness joined by the upbeat sounds of "Holy Holy Lord" and "Hold On." "Reflections" is a song that Stacey wrote for her mom. “I have so much respect for my mom. She raised me on her own in a loving Christian environment while working 2 and 3 jobs at a time to make ends meet and take care of me. I will always look up to her…she truly is a woman of excellence.”
Stacey’s newly released sophomore project entitled “All I Need” follows a musical journey of finding strength in God, growing close to Him, and finding peace in the forgiveness that Jesus Christ freely gives. “When I finished recording the 10 songs for this project, the song “All I Need” would constantly come back to me. It was a vulnerable song lyrically for me to write. It’s always hard to come face to face with your own imperfections…but every time I fall flat on my face God picks me up and dusts me off and says OK Stace…let’s try this again…and this time remember that ‘I’ am all you need.” The journey continues with songs of inspiration, pop, a touch of country, and some other musical flares to have fun with, such as the song “I Believe In You.”
"The foundation of my music is based on the Truth of John 3:16." " For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son. That who ever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life."
